 Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering,or a related Science,Engineering or Mathematics field. Also requires 2+ years of job-related experience or a Master's degree. Agile experience preferred.
 
 Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities,U.S. citizenship is required.
 
 Responsibilities for this Position
 
 ROLE AND POSITION OBJECTIVES:

 As an Embedded software engineer for DiRT,you’ll experience the following: 
 <ul> 
 <li>Develop embedded software solutions in a continuous integration/continuous development environment (DEVOPS) in an open source tool chain environment</li> 
 <li>Collaborate with a small team of other passionate developers</li> 
 <li>Challenge old ways of solving problems and manage risk through rapid prototyping and learning</li> 
 <li>Imagine new ways of providing capability quickly</li>

 <li>Demonstrated knowledge and experience with object oriented programming,system processes and scripting languages. Must have the following knowledge: C,C++,Linux &amp; Python</li>

 <li>Excellent written and verbal communications skills</li> 
 <li>Ability to think creatively</li>

 Salary Note
 
 This estimate represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors (geographic location,etc.). Actual pay may vary.
 
 Combined Salary Range
 
 USD $88,600.00 - USD $98,200.00 /Yr.
